User Agreement for ZipAi Cleaner-Cleanup Storage

Welcome to ZipAi Cleaner-Cleanup Storage (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of the Application. 2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the Application is accurate and for using the Application’s features lawfully. Users must not engage in any illegal or inappropriate activities while using the Application.

3. Prohibited Actions

You warrant that you will use the Application only for lawful privacy and security purposes, in full compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and rules. You agree not to engage in, nor authorize any third party to engage in, the following prohibited actions:

• Using the Application to commit fraud, spread false information, infringe on others' privacy, harass, or engage in any improper behavior.

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Subscription: $7.99
• Annual Subscription: $34.99
• Promotional subscription: $1.99 for the first week, $9.99 per week thereafter

Payment & Renewal:

● Subscription Plans: Our apps offer subscription-based features. Details of each plan are available within the app.

● Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

● Manage Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

● Refunds: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

Cancellation & Refunds:

• Subscriptions cannot be canceled during the active period, and partial refunds are not available.
• Auto-renewal can be canceled at any time before the subscription period expires.

12. Final Provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to reflect the original intention in accordance with applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
